Henderson Banks is a native of the Westside of Chicago, IL, who received his duel Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Labor and Employment from the University of Illinois – Urbana Campaign.
Banks received his Juris Doctor and Certificate in Labor and Employment from Chicago – Kent College of Law. During his law school career, Henderson earned numerous awards, including CALI Awards; Dean’s List Awards; National Trial Awards; and Public Service Awards.
Banks currently is a Labor and Employment Specialist for a Fortune 500 company.
Additionally, he is the Founding Partner of Henderson Banks Law, L.L.P. He has dedicated his private practice to personal injury, criminal, wrongful death, and employment discrimination cases. His impressive record of success has set the tone for his private practice’ continuous growth.
In addition to practicing law, Henderson gives back to his community through his work as an appointed Trustee on the Board of Directors with Dr. Arthur Lockhart Resource Institute. Banks has also maintained his passion for music as an artist while practicing law.
