Rebekah Marie Rushing, who goes by her middle name Marie, is the Founder and President of Foster Nest, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to providing educational and interactive programs to diverse youth and young professionals who have been previously or are currently involved in foster, kinship or adoptive care systems.

She is a passionate entrepreneur mainly seeking to impact lives, community and broaden her knowledge cross-functionally, while helping others along the way to discover their full potential. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising with a minor in Communications from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
As a marketing ad tech aficionado with a positive spirit to inspire others, she advocates for diversity and shares knowledge to drive strategic growth. Her professional background involves 5+ years of account management, consultative solution selling, and integrated digital advertising experience. Before she was a Digital Consultant at Lyons Consulting Group (a Capgemini company), working at major corporations such as AdRoll, Google, TMP Worldwide, BET Networks, The Marketing Store and DDB Chicago has enabled her to gain phenomenal insight across B2C and B2B marketing solutions.
Her passion for diversity initiatives fuels her soul to make an impact in the world for positive change. She plans to make a life changing impact with Foster Nest.
